Play safe
Air Jake games are physical. You'll jump, duck, crawl, run in place and do push-ups. Clear the space around you, keep pets and furniture out of the way, wear proper shoes, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant. You play at your own risk.
Air Jake is a game, not medical or fitness advice. Rep counts, scores and "calories" style numbers are estimates for fun.
Kids
Accounts are for people 13 and older. Younger kids can play with a parent or guardian's account and supervision.
Your account
Accounts are free. Keep access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how you sign in. One person per account, please. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, cheat on shared features, or harass other players.
Party rooms
When you play with friends, other people in your room can see your name, scores and anything you choose to share (like a camera cut-out or video call). Only invite people you're comfortable playing with, and be decent to each other.
Founding members
People who join while founding member spots are open are marked as founding members. We plan to offer them our best deals as we add new games and music. The specific offers, timing and terms will be announced when they launch, and we may end founding member sign-ups at any time.
What we provide
The games are free today and provided "as is". We work to keep them running well, but we can't promise the site will always be available, bug-free or that every camera and device will be detected perfectly. We may add, change or remove games and features. If we introduce paid features in the future, they'll have their own clear terms and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Our stuff
The games, music, artwork and code belong to Air Jake. You're welcome to play, stream and share clips of yourself playing. Please don't copy, resell or rehost the games.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Air Jake isn't liable for injuries, damage to property, or indirect losses that come from using the site. If you're unhappy with the service, your remedy is to stop using it and ask us to delete your account.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll let account holders know by email.
